Challenge
Years of technical and design debt had left Ready Media Group’s design system with low adoption and fragmented workflows. With a re–platform in motion, I stepped in as Design Systems Lead to rebuild the architecture from the ground up.

Milestones
Brand Language
Validated the design system's UI and component language through a new product feature, which has now been shipped.
User Insights
Established a user feedback loop by connecting Mixpanel to a shared Claude project, allowing teams to query live behavioural data and feed discoveries back into a shared intelligence.
Pilot
Currently running a multi-stage pilot program to test the new design system across one live product.
