Designing a coherent, user-centred experience for a modular construction company.

Challenge

Modscape was at an inflection point. They had a new manufacturing facility, advanced robotics capabilities, and a growing team. Yet their sales funnel lagged behind – sluggish lead captures and siloed workflows were creating a fragmented buyer experience. As product designer, I established clear buyer journeys, refined and standardised communications, and created a seamless handoff between teams.

Objectives

Map buyer personas and decision journeys

Information Architecture
A transparent end-to-end process with clear phases, gates, and touchpoints.

Journey mapping
Repeatable workflows that guide both buyers and internal teams through each stage.

  • Mapped the end-to-end sales journey to identify and refine communication touchpoints.
